GUEDES José Pedro		3 (3–21+)	Portugal	1992 - 1993	José Pedro Guedes confessed and was arrested for the "Lisbon Ripper" murders in 2011, but could not be prosecuted because the Portuguese statute of limitations had already run out. Also suspected of similar murders in Lisbon and Aveiro, Portugal, as well as Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic and the 1988 New Bedford Highway Killings in Massachusetts, USA.
BAKUSUBA Ivomoku		0 (0-67)	Ruanda-Urundi	1940s	Ivomoku Bakusuba confessed to killing 67 children by strangling them with a bedsheet. Killed himself, "probably in late 1940s or in early 1950s." As information on this serial killer was only revealed by a police officer in 2018 during a conversation with a Brazilian writer, and there is no information on his conviction, the confirmation that he was a serial killer is debatable.
BAROZ Adre		5	United States	2020	Adre Baroz was sentenced to five consecutive life sentences plus 140 years. Murdered five people in seven weeks in southern Colorado.
STEELE Tyrone		4 (4-5)	United States	2022	Tyrone Steele is serving four life sentences. Shot four to five people to death in New Orleans in a 45-day span.
	Unknown	3	Chile	2022 - 2023	A Colombian citizen is awaiting trial for a double homicide committed in Quinta Normal in November 2022, and one of their relatives, whom he allegedly killed when they went to his home to confront him in May 2023.
KANG Xiaoba			China	1905 and earlier	Kang Xiaoba was a gangster who robbed and murdered several people with a stolen pistol and later cursed Empress Dowager Cixi on the way to his execution.
ZHANG Liangbi		11	China	1796 - 1812	Zhang Liangbi was executed by lingchi c. 1812. Elderly man from Anhui who mutilated 16 children, resulting in 11 of their deaths. His motive was the belief that, by eating the young's organs, he could steal their essence and extend his lifespan.
LING Dongyuan		31 (31+)	China	1994 - 1995	Ling Dongyuan was born in Shaoxing on 3 November 1958. Ling served a prison sentence for burglary and later robbed and murdered 31 people with an axe along National Highway 102. He was identified as the perpetrator by DNA evidence in 2008 but has not been heard from since.

SCHIMAK Anton	Moravian Babinský	6	Czech Republic	1887	Anton Schimak was a robber murderer who, after his release from Mírov Prison murdered and robbed six people and shot a Catholic priest in just a few days. Executed.
JANEČEK Jan	Serynek	3 (4+)	Czech Republic	1870	Jan Janeček robbed and murdered several people. Executed in 1871; last person to be publicly executed in Austria-Hungary.
MALÝ Jaroslav		3 (4)	Czech Republic	1986	After Jaroslav Malý's release from prison, where he spent 30 months for two crimes of a violent nature, he decided to take revenge on society with one murder for every ten months of his "unjust" sentence and killed three random victims with a shot to the head. He was sentenced to death for his act, which was later commuted to life imprisonment. In prison, he likely helped a fellow inmate commit suicide. Life imprisonment.
HEJNA Jaroslav		3	Czech Republic	2003	Jaroslav Hejna murdered three people for selfish reasons. His friend Marek Dohnal helped him remove the bodies of the first two victims. Life imprisonment.
	1990–1991 Prague murders	3	Czech Republic	1990 - 1991	Killed 3 women in 1990 and 1991. Investigator of murders believes that the killer either left the country or died after the last murder.
VACÍK Bohumil		4 (5)	Czech Republic	1994 - 1995	In 1994, Bohumil Vacík killed a guard in Sokolov. Year later he murdered three members of a Vietnamese family, including a six-year-old child and a pregnant woman. Police also believed he committed another murder which was not proven to him at court due to procedural error. Life imprisonment
LÓPEZ Juan de Dios	"King of Bandits"	16	Chile	1891 - 1903	Juan de Dios López was killed by prison guards in 1903. Serial robber responsible for 16 murders, 4 rapes and multiple other burglaries. López was shot dead by prison guards in 1903 during an escape attempt.
GOLDBERG FUENTES Lucinda Eliana	"The Poisoner of Concepción">	3	Chile	1966 - 1971	Lucinda Eliana Goldberg Fuente was nurse and single mother who killed three people via poisoning to ensure her adoptive son's well-being, but accidentally poisoned him among the other two victims. After committing suicide via the same method in 1971, she left a letter detailing her criminal actions. According to her close friends, she suffered from delusions revolving around being prosecuted, possibly schizophrenia. Committed suicide before capture
TAPIA VARGAS Manuel Segundo	"Crazy Manuel"	3	Chile	1968 - 1969	Manuel Segundo Tapia Vargas was responsible for three homicides occurred between 1968 and 1969, two of which were of ex-policemen. Sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.
PARDO VALENZUELA Ramón Francisco	"The Infanticides of Colina"	7	Chile	1994 - 2001	Ramón Francisco Pardo Valenzuela was freed in 2013. The couple made up of a stepfather and stepdaughter who procreated 7 times. To hide these pregnancies, they killed each one of the babies as they were being born. Police were not able to find out whether the newborns were breathing at the time of death, for which they were prosecuted under the charges of abortion (illegal in the country). FUENTEALBA PLAZA Jorge Antonio	"Ñoco" or "The Jackal of Curicó"	5	Chile	2004 - 2012	Jorge Antonio Fuentealba Plaza's first crime occurred in 2004, when he was only 17 years old, when he murdered his homosexual partner. In 2011, he was on parole when he committed a homicide in Curicó, finally ending his criminal career with a triple homicide in 2012, in which he ended the life of his step-grandfather and two witnesses to the crime. Imprisoned for life.
BUSTAMANTE PÉREZ Hugo Humberto	"The Drum Killer"	5	Chile	2005; 2020	After a double murder in 2005, Hugo Humberto Bustamante Pérez hid the remains in a concrete drum. He was freed in 2018 under parole, and was later arrested again for murdering a teenage girl. In 2024, he confessed to a previously unknown double murder committed in 1996. Imprisoned for life.
PASTÉN ESPINOZA Hugo Paolo	"The Psychopath of Copiapó"	3	Chile	2019	After being freed under parole for a 2005 rape conviction, Hugo Paolo Pastén Espinoza killed a teenage girl, a Bolivian immigrant, and a transgender rights activist, burning the latter's house down. Imprisoned for life
DE JESÚS CASTRO SALAS Rodrigo Fernando	"Rorro"	7	Chile	2018 - 2019	Organized criminal; Rodrigo Fernando de Jesús Castro Salas was responsible for two separate murders, one in July 2018 and one in February 2019, along with a mass shooting in a casino carried out in September 2019. Imprisoned for life.
	Unknown	3	Chile	2022 - 2023	In November 2022, a Colombian citizen allegedly committed a double homicide in Quinta Normal, killing a 27-year-old Colombian and a 17-year-old Ecuadorian. In May 2023, family members of the first two victims tracked down the killer to his home and tried to attack him, but he pulled out a firearm and shot multiple times, killing a 49-year-old Chilean. His identity has yet to be revealed. He is imprisoned, awaiting trial

MATHERI Geoffrey			Kenya		Geoffrey Matheri became infamous in 2008, Matheri planned to suck his victims' blood and eat their flesh. He confessed to burying his victims and keeping their panties as trophies.
