The term "Perm Chikatilo" has been used in reference to two separate Russian serial killers active in the region of Perm.
- Alexander Lobanov (born 1979), Russian serial killer who killed at least five people in Perm, Russia, between 1999 and 2001.
- Dmitry Tambasov (born 1983), Russian serial killer who killed three confirmed victims, confessed to four, and is suspected in 9–11 murders in Perm, Russia, between 2001 and 2003.
