Johan Peter Mangs (born March 4, 1972, Älmhult, Sweden) is a Swedish serial shooter. On July 24, 2012, Mangs was sentenced by Malmö District Court for two murders and four attempted murders to life imprisonment. As of October 23, 2010, as many as 15 shootings were linked to the same suspect.
