Scott Erskine claimed to have experienced black outs as a child after a car accident. He molested his sister growing up. He grew up to commit sexual assaults against various people. He was in prison between 1980 and 1984 for beating and raping a teenage boy. In 1993, he was arrested again for rape and was sentenced to 70 years in prison. In 2001, his DNA was tested and linked to three unsolved murders.
