The term Chicago Southside Stranglers has been used to describe several killers connected to a series of murders and attacks on Chicago's South Side. This page lists individuals who were referred to as Southside Stranglers in the media or by law enforcement.

- Andre Crawford (born 1962) — killed 11 women in Englewood between 1993 and 1999.
- Hubert Geralds (born 1964) — also known as The Englewood Strangler — killed 5 women in Englewood between 1994 and 1995.
- Gregory Clepper (born 1968) — convicted of one murder in 2000 but suspected in at least 26 other cases.
- Ralph Harris (born 1972) — attacked 26 women in Chatham and Avalon Park from 1992 to 1995, raping and killing six of them.
- Geoffrey T. Griffin (born 1971), is also called The Roseland Killer — killed seven prostitutes and drug addicts in Roseland between 1998 and 2000.
