Biography

Arthur Leigh Allen (December 18, 1933 - August 26, 1992) was a man living in Vallejo, California during the 60s-70s. He’s also the main suspect of the Zodiac killings and has been investigated by authorities for over 20 years.

Allen was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 18. 1933. His parents were Bernice Allen and Ethan Warren Allen, who was in the military.

It was later in life that Allen moved to Vallejo, California. He would go on to graduate Vallejo High in 1950.
